Eligible members
Eligible members are :
1 - Member States Member States: Arab countries members of the League of Arab States. Official delegates are nominated to represent Members States.
2- Associate Members Associate members are nominated by the General Assembly upon the proposal of Member States. Private and public companies active in the ICT sector in Arab countries, namely:
- ICT regulators
- Communication network operators
- Communication Service Providers
- Hardware manufacturers
- Software developers & producers as well as ICT studies and expertise offices
- ICT Associations and Organizations operating within Arab countries
- ICT Research centers and Universities.
3- Honor Members Honor Members are Arab eminent personalities. AICTO awards them this title for their steady support and active contribution to the development of ICT sector within the Arab World. They are their own representatives within the Organization.
